Yes absolutely! This is a completely plant based program with the exception of the use of ghee. If you don't eat ghee you can easily swap it for coconut oil.

Nope! Coffee is off limits for the 10-day of the program. I know this may seem scary but it's important for your adrenals and overall energy levels to give that a break once and a while. I'll talk more about why this is in our kick-off call. Don't fret though! I offer lots of support and guidance for weaning off the caffeine in the course (no going cold turkey!). If this is a complete deal breaker for you, you can add in small amounts of matcha or green tea.
Yes and no... we'll discuss this more in the kick-off call. Intense exercise isn't recommended while cleansing but gentle movement such as yoga and walking is welcome. If you're training for a race or under an intense fitness plan it probably isn't the best time to do a cleanse. Please reach out to me if you want to discuss this more!
